Refunds may only be considered under specific circumstances, such as if the project has not been started after payment, or if Neo Enterprise is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal limitations. 5. Non-Refundable Services

Custom development work, design approvals, and completed milestones are non-refundable once delivered and approved by the client. Any third-party costs (such as hosting, domain, or external services) are also non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable time frame and returned through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
